German Shepherds have been in the news quite a bit lately for heroic acts. First there was Maxx, the GSD who saved two children during a fire. Then the sweet Haus, who saved his girl from the rattle snake. It seems only fitting that someone should come up with an entire compilation of German Shepherds playing with and protecting babies! And just to add the cuteness, my own German Shepherd, Tasha, exhausted from watching her boy while he plays! Tasha always used to sit next to him and make sure he didn’t wander too far off the carpet. Don’t let her sleepy eyes fool you, she was actually very alert! Two seconds after this picture was taken, Jacob crawled off and Tash was on her feet! German Shepherds really do make fantastic family dogs!
